Campus Commons

Campus Commons is located along the American Ricer Parkway, a relatively small community between Fair Oaks Blvd and Howe Avenue. This luxury community is marked by mature trees, quite roads, recreation and wildlife all while remaining a stones through the from the amenities of midtown and downtown Sacramento. Developed by Robert Powell in the 1970s, the area is comprised of approximately 1,200 single family homes, condos and townhomes. Campus Commons is split into two areas – The Village of Campus Commons and the Nepenthe Association. Both featuring lakes, community clubhouse, pools, spas, tennis courts, trails and children’s area.
